AC Heater Climate Control Module replacement

Hello,

The lights are out in all the buttons in my AC control. In stead of soldering in new lamps or leds, I am tempted to replace it with a module off AliExpress. It has no feedback on the site, but the store appears to be credible. Does anyone have any experience with parts like this?
