A/C Problem

so the other day i was playing around with the climate controls in my truck and could get the driver side to switch to a/c it stays on hot dose not change temperature any one have any ideas what could be wrong? is there a way to pull codes from climate control screen. thanks i have the automatic climate control

So your driver side is blowing hot or warm air while the rest of the truck is blowing cold air? If thats the case le me know and ill post the link off the thread on how to fix it

It only blows hot air while the rest of the truck will change temperature

Sounds like you have a bad A/C damper control motor...Google the repair...order the part online...fairly simple DIY repair. I did it on my 2005 Escalade...took about 2 hrs A-Z. The part is less than $100 on line.

I think he should try cleaning it first i know it worked with my truck when i cleaned it
