Hey guys and gals, new guy here from Chicagoland. My name is Jim and like the title says I have a 99 Yukon Denali. I'm looking to do some upgrades and figured this site would be a good place to gather info and share what I have going on. Little background on myself, I'll get into the rig later when I start a build thread. I used to swing wrenches to put food on the table and mostly worked on heavy equipment but I've always done jobs on the side and I was ASE certified but have let them lapse due to new job and not needing to keep up on them. I have plenty of projects of my own going on and this Denali is just used occasionally as a DD. I'm 39 years young, divorced with 3 great kids, engaged to be married again in '17. I'm a GM guy with 5 vehicles in my arsenal but only this 99 fits this forum so I won't go into any of the others. Let it be known I'm a diesel guy, but I'll get involved in anything as long as it sparks my interest.
I'm assuming photobucket is best method of sharing? I have most pics uploaded to photobucket but newer ones will need to be hosted by Google pics or another source as I'm out of room on my photobucket and refuse to buy space when I can use other sources.
Anyway, I look forward to sharing and exchanging info. Thanks for looking. Watch for my build thread, it'll get interesting for most, I'm sure.
