$650 for new fluids at 36k miles?

I took my silver ado in for oil change at local gm dealer they said the same it was around $350 change oil in front and rear diffs. And transfer case and trans was another $300 but the catch was added replacement warranty for life of truck the price was high but I'll get it back in the long run....

I changed the fluids in the front diff, transmission, transfer case, rear diff, power steering and coolant this past weekend. I had about $110 in everything. Including the 2 hours I spent struggling with the malfunctioning secondary latch on the spare tire, I could pay myself $50-60 per hour and still wouldn't have spent what GM quoted the OP.

While you were trying to get the secondary latch loose did you wonder what you would do if you were on the side of the road with a flat? That this is a JOKE!
