I am just about to order my HID stuff, and I cant decide between the
55 watt or the 35 watt. I am doing the headlights and the fogs at the same time, so it is very important to me that they match. I know that I am going with 6000K color. I have heard that with the 55 watt bulbs that the 8000K really looks more like a 6000K. So my question is, if I go with 55 watt
8000K's will they match my fogs at 6000K in a 35 watt? Or is it better to just do 35 watt in a 6000K on both. Any help would be great, thanks

i would just do 35 watt for both.

>that way they will match, because you dont want to put a 55 watt in the fogs
>i just did 35 watt for both at 5000k and they are plenty bright, especially if you use both
>most city driving wont need 55 watt, will probably blind too many people
>35 watt cheaper
>if you buy them from DDM, and you feel like they are not bright enough, you can order a 55 watt ballast and change it out (the bulbs are rated at 60 watt)
>personally i had this issue too and read many a threads, and finally decided to go with the 35 watt and saw many pictures of the 35 watt and compared to the stockers, trust me its going to be ALOT brighter!

yea, my 35's are bright enough, and I really don't think the 55w makes a HUGE difference, but they might in heat
