4" rear springs?

So, I'm wanting to do a 4" rear drop. I have the stuff for the front. I seen someone mentioned 34324 belltech springs. I looked them up. They're 07+ springs? I know I need to relocate the shocks. Ill probably make my own brackets. I also seen where a member used Jeep sway bar end links? Is that an alternative to the aftermarket ones? I'm on 22s with 285/45. I'd like smaller tires, but they will suffice for now.

i will have my 5 in springs up for grabs soon and I do have a set of brand new shock extenders for sale as we speak.. 40$shipped for extenders..
