3rd Row seat belt broke

Hi all, one of the seat belts in my 2007 Escalade 3rd row seats is missing the plastic covers. Its just a bare seat belt right now. Can I buy replacement covers or do I have to replace the seat belt? Anyone have a diagram with part numbers?
