I run 305/50x20 tires with no issues on my 07 Yukon XL Denali. You may want to check the tire specs on Tire Rack and see how the overall diameter and width specs on my tires compare to the tire and size that you are looking at.

Ok. The 275/50r22 are OEMs from a ‘24 Sierra Denali. They are bigger in diameter than yours by 8/10ths of an inch.

OK. So that's 4/10 of an inch on either side. I 'think' that you will be OK, but it will most likely be close.

Yes they will. I am running it right now. When I turn left hard, it rubs just a tad bit, but i love it. Rides smoother for sure and it looks good actually.
