26 Tahoe hc 2nd row seat issue

The second row drivers seat has an issue folding. It doesn’t reliably fold. If you try to use the power fold, the cord will move but the latch will not disengage and allow the seat to fold. The same if you manually pull the cord, it doesn’t reliably disengage the latch allowing the seat to fold. Anyone experience this?

Thank you. They are bucket seats but I guess it’s the same issue
