2023 Yukon Green FCA light is always on

The light on my dash for Forward Collision Assist is always on, mostly green as im following approprirately but occasioanlly organge as I get closer. All of that is fine but there does not appear to be a way to turn the feature off other than by disabling the whole system and the green light is now replaced by an orange symbol showing FCA is disabled. Is there a way to loose the green light and not have it activate another one ?

How long have you had the rig? A lot of these things get tuned out once you've driven it a few months.
