2023 yukon cant keep iphones connected

just picked up 23 Yukon XL Denali this morning. Iphones wont stay connected. When car is restarted they are gone. This is the Google based system. When car is restarted the screen asks for lots of stuff, turn on location setting, list of google stuff, every time.

Any quick takes? Going back to dealer this afternoon.

Also, it appears that everything starts fresh including XM when car is turned off and then on.

Sounds like your vehicle is still in Demo/Unregistered mode.

Have you:
Signed in w/ your Google Account
Activated OnStar and the Free Data Package
Had your initial call w/ OnStar for setup and registration?

Dealer should have gone through all that w/ you at delivery.

All that said...occasionally, CarPlay doesn't connect wirelessly for me...but when that fails, there is always a bluetooth connection.
