2023 Tahoe Keyless Entry Not Working

Hi Everyone,

I’ve just purchased a 2023 Tahoe and picked it up from the dealer. I got home and noticed I’m unable to lock or unlock the car useless the keyless entry button on the driver door or the front passenger door. The rear door buttons unlock the car fine.

Any ideas what the issue could be? I’ve tried enabling and disabling the feature and tried both FOB Keys with no success.

Does it lock/unlock w/ the buttons on the FOB?

Sounds like a trip to the dealer, guessing a loose harness or something...somewhere. This is what your warranty is for!

Yeah it unlocks just fine from the FOB. I guess so too. Just baffled that both doors would have this issue from the start
