2023 orders open?

My dealer said if my order doesn't get picked up by 5/26, it will roll to a 23

Talked to mine this afternoon. He said GM won't take 23 orders until they have pricing available to print out when you order. Mine is still sitting at 2000, apparently diesel's are a no go right now, forgot to ask if that is due to lack of allotments, or if it is a GM constraint. He said I will loose some of the options if it converts to a 23, no Adaptive Cruise, no Enhanced Auto Emergency Braking, no Max Trailering, and whatever else is on the constraints list. He said GM may offer it late 4th quarter, or maybe early 1st quarter 2023 if I wanted to wait to see if they would start equipping them. He said it is up to me, if I go elsewhere I am not out anything, I haven't put a penny down on it yet.

I recently placed an order for a Z71 9 days ago. Dealer estimated 14-16 weeks until delivery. Dose this sound accurate? I am in no rush, just seems the diesels are only constraint at the moment. Also any idea where I can find a current constraint list? Wonder if mine will be a 22 or 23 MY.

Visited my dealer yesterday, senior sales manager said "call me June 1st.. and we will see what I can order" and it will definitely be a '23 MY.... '22s cut off several weeks ago.

I'm at 3300 with my Tahoe LT diesel. They must have one at least for me. No TPW yet.

Update I was told when I called GMCS that my TPW is 5-30 . He also told me that things are shipping a little bit more normal.

That seems to be in line with what my dealer has told me. This coming Thursday is the last day for allotment/ordering of MY22s. He did not know when ordering for MY23s would open up as of last Thursday, so if my 22 doesn't get an allotment this week (still being hopeful, but knowing it won't be likely), it will get rolled into a 23. I just wish i could see the new colors for the 23s for a few days/weeks before needing to decide on the color as it was super stressful for my wife and want to give her time to think about it before needing to pick.

hmm.. i tried to do the search on chevy's website and none of their vehicles had the 2 colors i would consider. wonder what i did wrong?

what two colors? note that some colors are trim specific...ie the traverse has the silver sage color as an option, but it's only available on LTs

The radiant red tintcoat, and the sterling gray metallic. I had spent an hour the other night looking. Why hide colors on different trims? Just show all available colors for a ride and out an asterisk behind it like they do with options currently? So simple i would think to do, but then again i try to work smarter and not harder so my logic doesnt work with most things in life. I will look againlater today.

I just searched the color names and brought them up for the equinox or other gm vehicle of this year. Can't imagine they'll vary greatly from that. I'm sticking with Midnight Blue Metallic

I just saw something over the weekend and will try to find re: colors. The was a Red changed. The Evergreen Gray that I have coming was no longer and was replaced by a Sage Metallic which is simular to what is on some of the Buick SUVs.And one other color.

Which dealer is that? I’m on the east end and ordered from Buzz Chew. They move a lot of cars but probably not the biggest.

Was looking forward to the Denali Ultimate package with Super Cruise but also want a 2nd row bench and looks like the Yukon Denali Ultimate trim won't be available with 2nd row bench. That's too bad but at least Super Cruise is available (at some point) on the Denali trim.

adaptive cruise
rear braking
emergency braking
4 way lumbar

Thanks for sharing this. It looks nice but I was kind of hoping it was going to look more like the "Radiant Red" in the Toyota Tacoma from several years back....not even close
