I get a moderate amount of wind noise at 60+ MPH. Any ideas of the source? I have taped the entire door and cannot eliminate the wind noise.

It could be anything. I presume you are under warranty. Let the dealer figure it out.

Top of the drivers door doesn’t line up with the body.... just like the majority of the k2’s i have looked at.

Also if you have a/c seat if almost sounds like wind noise but obviously its the fan under the seat

I had 2005 envoy I bought new and it had wind noise coming from driver side windshield pillar. Dealer could never figure it out. I just lived with it and got used to it for 8 years. I now have an 18 tahoe. No wind noise at all.

I like the tape idea. You can check door seal off the list. Try the sunroof next if you’ve got one. You can get a decibel meter for under $25 on Amazon and have the passenger pin point it, then hand it off to the dealer.

I had 12 Escalade's from 2007 to 2014, and several of them had wind noise issues, my 19 callaway Tahoe has none of those issues, the only thing I heard is the callaway exhaust :)
Funny, my ‘13 hoe is quiet as a mouse, the ‘19 denali however..... such a shame for so much moolah.....

There’s a zillion posts on k2xx noises, vibrations, etc Don’t know if yours is included, but might be worth a search.

And how have you resolved it?
Haven’t.... yet
I need to remove door from hinges completely and bend the top hinge in slightly....I don’t really feel the immediate need right now, albeit annoying, but maybe next summer.

Maybe it was a Friday after a long week at the factory and someone forgot to install the sound deadening material to one of the doors before installing the panel. ;)
