2016 Yukon rear washer fluid hose and nozzle replacement

My washer fluid is spraying into the trim panel area behind the trim/cover panel of the rear washer fluid nozzle. I want a definite diagram of the removal of this trim panel so as not to scratch it up. This happened once before and the dealership was able to correct it under warranty. After this ice storm we had in Texas, I believe normal ice covered the nozzle opening and the back pressure has caused the hose to pop off or break. Any help is appreciated.

Have you done a Google search to see if there is a youtube showing how to remove the panel. You may also be able to check with a local body shop. Good luck.
