2015 Tahoe passenger rear right door doesn’t open

My rear passenger right door doesn’t open from inside or out. What’s the best way to open it do I have to break the door panel ?? TIA

Sticky situation your in. Are you able to remove the inner panel so you can access the latch and simply open it that way? Might be easier to remove the seat next to the door.

You probably wouldn’t even need to remove the panel fully...just enough to reach your arm down in there and pull the latch.

Got to thinking and the panel sits in the window channel, so you probably would have to go in from the side or bottom, which would be impossible to do, so you’ll probably have to pull the entire panel.

before you go breaking a expensive door panel or damaging your door or trim go by any locksmith and see if they can slimjim it, a experienced locksmith could probably have it open in seconds, then you could pull the door panel off correctly and not damage anything.
