I notice that something is wrong with the brake pedal. When I start the car it doesn't seem smooth and kinda hesitant. When I launch my boat it's even worse like the pedal goes to the floor. I've been reading that the vacuum pump goes bad on these model years. Would that be suggested to replace the pump?
