2014 Yukon began throwing P2127 ( Failed throttle or pedal position sensor) engine code sporadically a few weeks ago. Replaced the accelerator pedal/sensor....problem remains. Replaced the throttle position sensor...problem remains. Wiring from the APS to fire wall looks undamaged and wiring from the engine fire wall to the TPS looks undamaged. What do I still need to check/replace?

Might put a good scanner on it and graph the throttle and pedal position sensors, and compare for tracking and dropouts.

So I learned today from the good folks at AutoZone that when I disconnect the TSP/ASP I must allow the computer to "relearn". Run at idle for 3 minutes...shut off for three minutes...run again for three minutes at idle...shut off for 3 minutes...then run with accelerating in Park. Computer must "relearn" th position of the throttle. Problem has been solved.
