Hello,
I recently bought my first Tahoe and I’m in need of some advice. I would have to look in the owner’s manual to know for sure, but I’m pretty positive it has blind spot detection and I’m wondering if anyone knows of any places that make tow mirrors that work with the detection.

My 2014 Yukon SLT doesn't have any blind-spot detection. It just has backup sensors.

I have not heard of any but if they exist there going to be pretty expensive.
but "pretty positive" doesn't sound reassuring that you in fact have blind spot detection, if you have it you know it, there is no mistaking it for anything else.
you can see it in the mirror glass even if it is not "detecting" and it lights up amber color when it does detect, which should be anytime you are driving near another object or if you are stopped in a line of cars to your immediate left or right and have your turn signal on.
you can also look up under the rear quarter panel behind each rear wheel and see the sensor which is shaped sort of like a claymore.

Welcome,

If you’ve got the lane change blind spotting feature you’d probably have to substitute the led side lamp feature on this example as the indicator that’s behind the OEM mirrors.

The mirrors below fit a Suburban 2500 so they’d fit a Tahoe.
