I was staring at the salt under my hood, and wondered if there was any *********** into the fuse block, and noticed that the FUEL PMP relay wasn't present. Is there supposed to be something there?

Edit: can't even type "p3netration"? Who is the smooth-brained Mormon in charge of this website's flagging system?

I believe it's a remnant from '07 Tahoe's that didn't use a FSCM..

There's a couple power sources to separate pins (shown in '08 diagrams) .
Possibly #24, and #56 or #60 (the latter two also connect to ECM)

But the 2013 diagram shows fuse #21..

So better check your fuse cover.. didn't know they changed it more than once..
