I covered this on another thread but thought creating a short thread would be useful to someone else.
2013 Suburban rear climate control buttons would stay illuminated at all times even key out doors closed and RAP off.
The display was also dim and difficult to view.
The fix was to replace the display with a new AC Delco unit. It was a 5 minute swap and all is well.
