2011Tahoe top half of passenger seat won’t adjust

So my passenger seat in the 2011 Tahoe won’t adjust. I can hear the power click but no movement. I haven’t taken the back plastic cover off but I’m wonder if a wire or cable is stuck or detached. The Lowe half moves fine but not the top half.

I will open the back seat cover and take a peak. Any suggestions?
