Rear Passenger Side Squeal when speeds decrease to about 30 mph.

First changed rear brake pads without rotors and had brake squeal.

I immediately took everything apart and changed rotors and but not the new pads I just put on.

Brakes are still squealing, so after a few weeks I put new high quality pads on to try and fix the problem.

I have the same exact squeal in the end.

Anyone else have an issue like this? It does not appear to be the dust shield. My E-Brake does feel a little low. Do those parts move at all during normal braking?

Try very lightly applying the parking brake and driving it to see if that makes the noise go away. The adjusters on the parking brakes like to seize up on these trucks.
