I have a driver seat of mine that was binding up when going forward and backward. After some research it seemed that the rails are out of alignment. I pulled the seat up and reseat the furthest bolts and now the side next to the door is way off. How can I adjust this?

Oh I think I figured it out?

I was able to fit a 6mm and grab the slide and rotate this until it matched the other side.

Hmmm ok. I thought maybe it just got out of alignment and that is why it was binding. However, it looks like the console side screw isn’t turning. Would anyone know why this is the case? Drive side door turns just fine. Console side either won’t or will very slowly if I give it a little push. I’ve put the seat back in but need to figure out which part I need to replace. Any thoughts?

The entire area looks clean in your photo. I know that in my truck, 'stuff' like dog hair tends to accumulate on the screw rod and then binds in the threaded driver.
