I copied my old Amazon MP3 music files to a CD-R. The music is not playing in my player. Regular CD's play fine. The music played fine in my ( since sold) old truck on a Kenwood CD player......

So, why not in my factory player?? ( What am I missing??)

Oviously I have the Bose 6-disk player.

It's probably not MP3 compatible. Most, if not all, aftermarket stereos will be, but not many of the older OEM disk players.

You'll have to make them as audio CDs, just like the CD albums you buy. Not much more than 70 min or so on a CD.
