my tahoe all of a sudden started soudning louder I got my oil changed and inspection and they guy said he noticed it aswell , noise is mostly coming from the driver side, gets louder as i accelerate the vehicle, could it be an exhaust leak?

OBS Jedi-Do Good
If it is a knocking noise you may have just ruined a rod bearing. If tapping sound you may have air in a litter or stuck or collapsed lifter.

Does it happen only when moving? If you let off the gas while moving, does the noise go away? Trying to differentiate motor/exhaust vs drivetrain. These trucks make lots of different noises as things start wearing, like carrier bearings, hubs, etc. Do you have 4wd or 2wd? What does noise sound like? mileage on truck? More details please.
