at minimum you need the black colored T (15055342) I already pictured with the part number. It's best to replace both T's and both hoses, because if that one broke the other won't be far behind and it could happen at a inconvenient time leaving you stranded. it only takes a minute or two for that broken line to spit out all the coolant

On my 2003 Tahoe I just got through replacing the rear heater quick connects and hose part of the heater lines. The old quick connects were almost impossible to get off and had to be broken at the connector and twisted with pliers to do it. Then I cleaned off the gunk with brake cleaner. The new ones then went on fairly easily.
It already broke once. Here's the upgraded metal version that will save you a few bucks. This is what I bought for my 02 pickup. it SHOULD BE the same one. Dorman 800-409HP
I bought a fuel line disconnect kit off amazon. This thing was $8. I don't recall the size off hand, but it was in there.
