2002 Yukon XL Third Seat Issue

So my third seat will not fold down (it is done manually). When I lift the #1 lever it does not fold down but the lever does seem to move a bit. I have tried everything I know to get it to fold but to no avail. This started after the seat was removed and put back in place so not sure if something is in the way of one of the locking mechanisms or what. Any help/ideas will be greatly appreciated as the wife is not happy with me right now!!!

Pull the back of the seat back towards you as you pull the lever up

Nathan - tried that too and it did not help - any thing else I can try?

If you fold them down every once in a blue moon, sometimes you have to pull really ******* them when lifting that lever.
