Been around for a while but never really posted. This is my 3rd yukon over the years. Have owned an 05 and a 07. But couldn't pass this one up. Bought it in November, 2001 SLT, 4x4, with 150k original miles. Was sitting for a year the owners thought it needed a transmission because it had no "power". Paid $500 for it. $20 and 2 shift solenoids later truck is perfect. No leaks, trans shifts smooth and now the fun has begun. My goal is to build the truck as cheap as possible just for fun, a clean oem+ look.

So far i have gotten:
z71 rack ($16)
Ebay headlights
Oem (22")chrome snowflakes ($200 new)
High output alternator.

Working on currently:
Shaving trim
Tint
Taillights
Full audio upgrade
Viper install
Trans cooler
Paint

Pic when i first picked it up last month, til now.

Good get. A really great easy upgrade is replacing the dome, map, glove box, door panel and rear window puddle lights with LED. The door panel courtesy lamps and the puddle lamps are whole replacements, the rest are bulbs. Really pops the interior.
