I have a 2001 Yukon with the nivomats, suspension needs a refresh. I just want to level the rear really 2-3” drop. Looking at the beltech

2000-2006 CHEVY & GMC SUV 2-3" REAR LOWERING COIL KIT - BELLTECH 34324

That comes with the shock extenders, I was thinking of grabbing the Bilstien 4600’s all around too.

Would this work? I dove into lots of other forums but everyone has their own goal and then people chiming in about changing geometry etc.. am I gonna have any issues with geometry or is this a plug and play situation?

Either drop the rear or go with the moog
81071’s and bilstiens- really don’t want a stink bug look tho!

I don’t tow, just using this rig for road trips and camping 3-500lbs of gear in rear.

Thanks in advance!

2” will get you level. Updating your shocks and using extenders should do the trick. With 2” there’s no geometry to figure out.
