1999 Suburban suspension question.

Greetings everyone, I just bought a 99 2wd burb and am having trouble identifying if it is stock or lowered.
It looks and feels lowered with the front height from ground to fender being 30" and the back 29 1/2", but Everything underneath looks completely bone stock, rusty like everything else on it.
Some insight would be awesome, and i would like to reverse the lower (if it is) and lift the truck, I just need to know where to start.

If you can find a copy of the factory service manual it should say the height and where to measure from, a general height should be online somewhere. Could compare pics online but keep in mind looking at them that 4x4 trucks are usually a bit higher then rwd is.

Looks lower in your picture, especially in the rear. Still have all its leafs? Your overall height should be 70.7 inches.
