Do the 194 LED's have associated problems, like hyper flash, or anything else ??

When it's on a blinker circuit it does.

On the NBS trucks, the 194 corner light is part of the flasher circuit and I have LEDs in there with no problem. I think the incandescent turn signal bulb is enough resistance alone.

Yes. Iirc, had the led in my front blinker circuit, and I had hyperflash. Pretty sure that was the culprit.

I had 194s in the corner markers in the front and rear corner lights in my NBS and did not have any hyper flash. I had them with the 3157s but solved with resistors.
As far as an interior light or license plate light....they are fine
