12 volt power outlets intermittent. '09 Tahoe LTZ

I didn't note this earlier, but the 12v inside the center console also is dead. The rear one behind the 3rd row seat does work however.

Well come to find out that BOTH USB adaptors have died. That just seems very odd that they both died at the same time and the one was working off and on for a bit. One was a Energizer and the other HP. Working one day and now nothing. Hmmmm. Well glad I at least know.
