I was working on brakes this morning and apparently left the key in the ignition turned forward. Didn't realize it and got distracted by a medical related call about my wife.

Anyway, battery was completely dead. Finally was able to jump start the car and then took it for a ride. Didn't take long to notice the symptoms:

1. "Park Assist Off" flashing on screen
2. The backup proximity indicator is not working
3. Power tailgate does not work
4. *Clicking* noise every time I let off the brake pedal
5. Gear indicator light on the dash is missing
6. That "P" button next to brake pedal adjustment is lit up

What happened? Battery dies and everything goes?

Disconnect the battery and let it reset. Check your fuses.

I pulled the batt cable and then re-attached. No change.

The lift gate release fuse (15A) looked fine. Do I need to pull every fuse in the box?

Maybe damaged the BCM or another piece of electronics when jump starting. I have heard of this happening a lot.
