1/2 ton or 3/4 ton

Ok, so in short. I have 5 lugs, so I in fact have a half ton truck. So, I can't put 1500 lbs in it? Total weight, people ect...

The door sticker will tell you the GVWR, then minus the curb weight and you have the cargo capacity.

1500 pounds is probably close to the max weight capacity, but it's a truck and can handle the weight.
