Decided to pull the trigger on the corsa touring 14208 for my 07, trying to find the best price out there... best i've found is currently at www.autoanything.com @ $955

Going to install myself, anyone know of a better price option for buying new?

Ok found one at www.autoplicity.com for $913, getting better.... although the charge for shipping (+23) still little less than autoanything

******** son, why in the hell would you spend that much money on an exhaust. I just did the magnaflow muffler swap, and res delete for under $325. Sounds amazing and looks just as sexy.

If you don't like the style exhaust exit you can do something different for the same exact price. Hell you can even get the corsa tip and get a muffler swapped with it.

Just been reading the exhaust threads on here, looking for a little more rumble nothing obnoxious, reading about drone issues too which no one has complained about with corsa that i've come across so far

I just installed a MBRP cat back last week. I paid $345 shipped and couldn't be happier with the fit/finish/sound. I had also planned to do Corsa but, couldn't justify 3X the cost of MBRP.

So those who have installed a catback exhaust setup:
The corsa install directions say to cut the tailpipe just behind the muffler and remove in 2 sections, is it possible (without complicating things too much) to NOT cut the stock pipe?

I'd like to keep the stock catback intact if possible, thanks

No, you have to cut it. I did this last week. The resonator section is too large to slide over the axle to remove as 1 full piece. Just cut after the hangers benind the muffler and it all comes out. If you ever decide to reinstall, a muffler shop an weld it back and it will be hardly noticeable.

Todd
