2005 Yukon XL SLT

I have a moisture leak from the driver's side passenger 'roof area'...
( I posted it in '"Interior" )

But, anyone know what this rubber seal/trim is called? It may be the cause, but not sure yet.
I want to see what it looks like on the bottom side, & how to remove.... if I need to R&R it.

It covers a body seam and is held on with high bond tape. You might pull paint off when you remove it so be careful. A heat gun might help.

So chances are it is not a source for a leak...
It’s possible but not likely. I’m not sure how they do the seam, I think it’s welded and seam sealer added. I don’t think that’s done with panel bond but Im not a body man. Your best bet would go to a body shop and ask their opinion.
