Need help with an 03 Denali. It will turn over well, but will not start. Thought it was fuel pump, so checked pressure and it's 55-60psi. Just to make sure I sprayed starting fluid in throttle body and it would not fire. Suspected the crankshaft sensor, so I changed it and no dice. It did have a couple codes related to throttle position indicator and something else, but I reset codes... And no new codes have came up during starting attempts. The only things I did recently was replace a couple burned out windshield washer fluid pumps. Not sure how or if it could be related, but could use help if someone has experience this before... It hasn't started since.

Go through ALL of your fuses, every single one and confirm they are all good!

Checked them last night under hood and drivers side of dash and all looked good. Also pulled battery, battery tray, and fender well to see if anything was left loose when I replaced washer fluid pumps and all was fine. Also sanded ground connection on chassis to make sure connection was good. I'll check for spark this evening and suspect there is none. Not sure what to check on wiring, but suspect something a connection or relay issue somewhere... Any help on what to target after spark would be greatly appreciated. Wiring is not my favorite!

if you had codes for the tps and erased them, they probably wouldnt come back unless the truck was running, no? pull the sensor, see if its dirty, make sure contacts are good, make sure it turns like it should. if it starts up after that, change the sensor.

Finally figured it out by checking the crank sensor wiring w/multi meter. It had positive, but no ground. Traced it back and found ground wire not connected to the engine block ground. Reconnected it and finally it runs. Thanks for the suggestions!

I have the same situation. I've replaced both crank and cam sensors. The no start problem came on slowly... Only happening every few days. And after waiting a while, it would start right up. It seems all this crap started after my wife ran it out of gas about 6 months ago. Since then, I've replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, and cleaned out the throttle body with TB cleaner. It wants to fire when I spray a little quick start so I know it has spark.
Today, it just spins. Cranks and never starts. I REALLY REALLY do not want to pull the starter again and check the wires to the crank sensor. But with how tight it is in that spot, I guess it's possible that something for twisted or pulled.

No codes, no flashing lights for security... I'm at a total loss.

Can someone post the wiring order/colors for the crank sensor and which ones are power and ground?
