01 Tahoe 2nd row seats won't fold down

Trying to figure out how to fold the 2nd row seat on the passenger side. The back seat behind the driver side i was able to fold down but not the seat behind the passenger side. I noticed the cable was broken. Idk if there's a way i can repair this or any other way i can try to get the seat folded. I honestly don't care if i have to break the seat to get it folded down. Its basically a work truck at this point. I have photos of everything. All suggestions are welcome.

Why not just remove it altogether?

Yea, just remove both seats.

Use a shop vac.

you have to pull the lever up at the other end of that broken cable, you will need a tool to do it, it will take more than a little effort because of the spring, you can get a replacement at the junkyard

I keep forgetting to get a picture of my setup to help you figure out how to do it with a broken cable. I'll try to remember today. That said, these might help:
