    Buffeting

I have a 2021 GMC Yukon XL and I have the exact same problem from 25mph+. Dealer is useless.

New 2021 Yukon 6.2l cabin noise

I am surely very sensitive in term of accoustics/noises. But it starts only when the vehicle is moving. I don’t know how the ANC is working but even at speeds like 3mph I can hear it. When I stop it’s gone… go figure.

New 2021 Yukon 6.2l cabin noise

Yep I’ve looked into this. When I put the engine into L5 and force all the cylinders to work it seems to be still there but I am not sure. Maybe I can try at a different dealer. This thing is complicated as some people other than at the dealership really do not hear it (e.g., my wife who I can...

New 2021 Yukon 6.2l cabin noise

I won’t. Dealer says they don’t hear it so it’s a dead end as I am not going to spend the energy here. I’ll get rid of the car. A 100k POS. I am really p**sed.

At 15mph it’s not the balancing this I am sure.

    Buffeting

I have a brand new Yukon XL Denali, 3 weeks 1,200 miles on it and I confirm I have a light buffeting/rhythmic air pressure in ears too from 15mph to ca. 65mph. So seems I am case #2 :)

Ok thanks. Then it seems I am in a dead end. I’ll have to get rid of it.

That would be at higher speed. This one stops at 65mph.

That would be great if it could be even like this. For me, all windows are closed and still hearing it. From 8-10mph. I am puzzeld.

@Blueinterceptor do you know where the vents are located on the Denali? The only air access I see in the front are behind the front grille and nothing on the front bumper. Behind the grille there is a flap on the top but that’s going to be air admission to the engine right?

The pulsating noise is not wheel rotation speed dependent.

New 2021 Yukon 6.2l cabin noise

On my new 2021 Yukon XL Denali I purchased last month brand new (1,000 miles on it now) I can feel a “buffeting” like feel on my ears while driving at speed 10-40 mph. It does it at higher speed but it is then masked by road noise when the vehicle is at higher speed. The “noise” is like the...
