Thank you guys for all of your input... so here's what happened... Yesterday I took the Tahoe on a 30 mile drive braking stopping and at different speeds.. 2005 Tahoe Driver Side Arm Rest
Finally, finally, Finally I fixed it. I took the original arm rest and added a 1/8” thick 1” x 1” metal plate square and drilled holes in it to accept the new control panel frame piece and it worked. Right now, I'm only adding water in the radiator... antifreeze to expensive to watch drain out.. once all leaks resolved I'll drain and replace with antifreeze. @PNW VietVet where would be the best place to start if a leak to the rear heater?- BigDog9721
