    Intermittent Drivability Issues

Never figured it out. I don't drive it in the winter, so I haven't had it out much really yet. Been driving company test vehicles, and at almost $5/gal, I'm fine with someone else's dime filling the tank lol.

GMT360 steering wheel to GMT800 steering wheel

As far as I know, the GMT360 wheels will fit the 03-06 (and 07 classic) GMT800s. It will not fit the 00-02 800s due to different steering shaft splines. So the 360 wheel should fit your Yukon since it's an 05.

    Longtube header preferences?

I have ARH (American Racing Headers) as well and have 0 complaints. Easy to install, everything fit perfectly and sound great.

    Intermittent Drivability Issues

Turns out, running the stock air box was a bad idea when it's tuned for the cold air intake already on it. Massive drivability issues the next day. Once I swapped back, it was back to running alright, but intermittently. I was messing with it earlier today and swapped the old MAF back on...

    Intermittent Drivability Issues

I felt a bit more of the hesitation/bucking on the way in to work this morning. So I hooked up the scan tool when I got there. P0102 was pending, the only thing I noticed that could potentially be (or maybe not) would be that MAF g/s was at 1.59g/s. But the engine had JUST started, there was...

Service manual procedure for coolant drain and fill

You only need to remove the lower hose from the radiator, just leave it on the water pump. No need to remove the upper hose. YouTubers can be such idiots. Check to see if your radiator has a drain on the driver side at the bottom. It'll be a little piece sticking out you can twist loose and...

Service manual procedure for coolant drain and fill

Pull the lower hose, unless you have a drain on the radiator. Put it back on once it's drained. Refill the system through the overflow and then run the vehicle until it reaches operating temp and the thermostat opens. Drive it for a bit and recheck coolant level to make sure it's topped off...

    Intermittent Drivability Issues

I replaced it a little while ago after not finding any obvious wiring issues. I replaced it with OE. The code is P0102, circuit low. Hot idle is reading a bit higher, closer to 8g/s but does go up as RPMs go up. The code isn't constant either, it will come and go, check engine light was off...

    Intermittent Drivability Issues

01 Yukon Denali. I've started noticing a random buck or surge. It would only happen once and not again. Then, the other morning it started surging, bucking and no throttle response for a second. It would come and go, no rhyme or reason to it. I've gotten it to act up a few more times, but...

DJM Sway Bar Link and LCA Relocation Kit Doesn't Fit

Yeah I'm aware of the Helwig away bars...... And the price tag attached to them lol. Lots of other things to happen before those. They'd be really nice though

2004 denali xl awd. What headers with stock exhaust.

Most shorty headers will bolt right up to the stock Y pipe. Though, you gain basically nothing from shortys, so you'd better off saving the money and get another set of stock manifolds. Shorty headers have been dyno proven to gain like only 7hp, which will never be noticed. They're considered...

    C7/Camaro SS Rear Brake Upgrade

Got it all done. I replaced the backing plates with Dorman 2 piece plates, so I didn't have to pull the axles. I then had to cut some of the new backing plate off to make room for the new bracket. That was about the hardest part of the job. Everything else was as straight forward as a normal...

    C7/Camaro SS Rear Brake Upgrade

I've got all the parts, should be able to get to it later today and see how this all goes! I have to try to get all the pen off the calipers first. Looks like a kid went to town with their crayola lol. Brackets from CTSVbrakeswap.com Calipers from a 19 Camaro SS Pads for 19 Camaro SS Hoses and...

    LQ9 6.0 into a 2001 Yukon XL - a couple questions

Cams are different as well, not by much. I think only the exhaust duration, if I remember.

    LQ9 6.0 into a 2001 Yukon XL - a couple questions

What year is the LQ4 you got? That will determine the head bolt kit you need. 03 and earlier have shorter bolts on the end of the heads, 04 and later all have the same length head bolts.

    C7/Camaro SS Rear Brake Upgrade

EDIT: Upgrade completed, see below! Has anyone done this upgrade yet? I am going to need rear brakes on my 01 Yukon Denali soon. Upgrade-itis has kicked in as it does every time I touch this vehicle. I know there's the bracket to buy, I found the link. Just curious about any personal...

P0300 code on 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali - 119,000 miles

I had a P0300 that I couldn't figure out at all. Misfire monitors were all over the place. Every ignition cycle showed different cylinders misfiring, fuel trims weren't telling me much either. I ended up running a crank sensor relearn (CASE) and that was enough to get the light off...

    Z71 Front End Swap

You're right, I added a comment to my original post to be more clear.

    Z71 Front End Swap

Yes I was referring to the GMT800 style, since that was what OP was wanting to do, swap NBS LS front end with NBS Z71 front end. There was never any mention of wanting to swap a GMT400 style, so I didn't think to mention that. I'm sure if he had come across one of those, it would have been...

    Z71 Front End Swap

I guess I assumed there would be the obvious difference between OBS and NBS. We'd be referring to swapping NBS to NBS.
