    It sounds like the FLVV (Fluid Limit Vent Valve) may be bad, this is located inside the fuel tank and is snapped into the fuel Module.

    As someone who worked got GM Truck for 30 years there is not any difference in the frame coatings. All these frames are the same and come in by rail car to the start of the assembly line. If something indeed was different it would have to have an RPO in the build sheet

    All GM Large SUV's are built in Arlington TX as of right now, that includes the Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade. The only difference may be that the default settings are Metric as in speedometer and mileage. What features are you having a hard time with?

    As I have mentioned before in previous threads is the best outcome for anyone with an affected engine should hope to fail the PICO test and receive a new engine, changing oil viscosity for a badly machined crank shaft didn't pass muster.

    There is not a ROV in the fuel filler pipe, what you are probably feeling is the flame arrestor in the filler pipe due to E85 and potential for flash back. If you still can't fill after replacing the cannister there is probably lines that are blocked allowing the tank to vent

    As I have posted before, yes you are correct and teams of GM people (Engineers,Quality etc.) were sent to Mexico to get this fixed as quick as they could. As far as I know there were not any part number changes, they just break pointed the problem cranks.

    Glad you have your vehicle back now and with a brand new engine, this is the best outcome you could ask for. I would stick with the GM recommended 0w-20 oil as to not void any warranty.

    There has to be more options than just powered running boards for 10K, post up both stickers side by side for a comparison. Now I will say this, I really like the powered boards, not just for entry and egress but I think the vehicle looks much better with them tucked away and not the fixed boards.

    From what I have heard they are still machining the cranks in Mexico but have sent multiple teams down there to oversee the process and quality control. Yes I have confidence in this now and that is why I purchased a 2025, IMO as well as the people I have spoken with you have the best outcome...

    If you can get the correct backspacing with the width of the tire taken into account you should not need spacers. Pretty easy to figure out when you have the specs of the tire and wheel.

    You could also go to a GM dealer and ask them to run the VIN for a history report, this can provide all the RPO options the vehicle has and a lot of other information
