I'm not sure where all this information is coming from but I did a pretty in depth plant tour at Arlington Assembly Plant as part of Police Fleet Expo a couple years ago and they made it very clear the newer Tahoe/Yukon/Escalades are the exact same build for Canada and the USA. The only differences were in the setup of the vehicle before its transported. There is no special treatment at the plant I watched it with my own eyes. Canada has some option packages that are bundled differently but that's it. DRL is mandatory in Canada and thats a setting in the DIC like MPH/KPH. The older vehicles needed DRL's, child seat anchors, bumper crash rating equivalent but thats all the same now.

I also forgot to tell you, in addition to those who believe that all GM cars are the same)) In the USA, you have only three engines for Tahoe/Yukon cars: 5.3 and 6.2 gasoline, and 3.0 Diesel. Tahoes/Yukons from the United Arab Emirates and China with a 2.7T Silverado engine began to be brought to Russia. . At the same time, as experience shows, this engine is the most interesting. It drives better than 5.3 and 3.0d, it is much more reliable than 6.2. and it easily increases the power to 350-380 hp and is quite economical.
My reference was to the USA and Canada vehicles, yes there are different RPO's for overseas markets like UAE, Saudi, etc,
