Parking brake issues with 2010 Yukon XL 2500 - are there different parking brake systems?

Upgrade brakes & wheels on 2010 Yukon XL 2500 with OEM??
I'm hoping that somebody knows the answer to this - or can point me in the direction of somebody who might know the answer. I have a 2010 GMC Yukon XL2500.
