Used to have a 3" key lift on my 2004 Yukon. Recently installed a 6" suspension lift. The front is sitting lower than the rear. Should we use my original GM keys or the ones from the 3" lift?
So last week I put my truck in park and it died literally the second park engaged. It killed my dash lights, radio, everything for about 10 seconds and then it all came back on.. minus it running. Restarted and it's been fine since.
Then today I pull up at the gas pump to get gas. Literally the...
I want to change the bumper.on my Yukon. I'm trying to find out if all I need to do is change the bumper and grille to make this work. I currently have the rectangle fog light bumper.
It's been to the dear many times for throwing knock sensor codes. Even before I owned it. It's been an issue since 50,000 miles. Truck now has 131,000. The sensors and harnesses have been changed quite a few times now. All is good for a few months and then they go back to throwing codes
I always have a check engine light. Truck eats knock sensors. So lord knows if there are any new codes. I have a scanner so I'll check.
I had a feeling it may be injector related. Seems like it's flooding itself out. Hubby says may be fuel regulator.. I dunno.
2004 yukon 5.3L 131,000 miles
A couple months ago I'd have to floor or pump the gas to start the truck. It would puff out a huge blue cloud that reeks like raw fuel. When the truck was warm, it would start fine, no smoke. While idling and warm, the exhaust smelled like rotten eggs. It's got a...
04 yukon AWD. 3" leveling kit. I have 22" rims and intend to put aggressive tires on them. I was thinking 33's. Don't think 35's will fit.
What's a good agressive tire size no smaller than 33's for my 22"rims?
They do, but I don't drive much. The truck sits 4-5 days a week. I've only put 5,000 miles on in a year lol. Plus I detail cars for a living so I know how to take care of the rims. We only have another month for a snow chance.
Lmfao! You guys crack me up!
And FYI.. I don't care who you are.. Nobody looks good in a speedo.. Even a bedazzled one lol:sorrysign:

Lol nobody wants to see me.. Simple girl with a truck. Nothing...
I'm not to sure if it costs me more in the end or not. I don't drive a ton. Ive only put 3,400 miles on my truck since April so I can't see a big difference.
I started using E85 a couple months back. I noticed a drop in gas mileage but not a severe drop.. About 1mpg. Those of you running it, what kind of gas mileage are you getting?
Before E85 I averaged 14.5mpg bone stock 5.3
Running E85 I average about 13.1mpg.
I suppose I can't...
Well... I guess there goes that idea lol. I've never seen one with them and I had a vision in my head but it's hard to actually know what it'll look like.
