Was going to use these on my two door, but ended up selling it. My loss, your gain. These are the OEM bumper fog lights (and buckets) that fit inside the OBS 99-2000 tahoe limiteds with the diesel bumper. I'll also include the two wire harness end for the bumper. Two wrote, power and ground...
Good luck. It took me over a year to get all the knobs. Got the headlight and one pair of rear hvac knobs from the local yard, another rear hvac set from Ebay, and last month lucked out and got a complete main hvac assembly from Ebay for $20 (just used the knobs).

Seattle/ Tacoma, WA area only. I don't want to ship this thing, lol. Light grey leather bench seat from a 2000 Suburban. There is a little wear on the leather, to be expected after 210,000+ miles, but in good shape overall! PM me if you want to trade!
Extra fog light switch I have laying around. Is in good condition and has connector and pigtail as well, but only has maybe 1" of wiring at most. $30 shipped.
I can get a picture if needed!
Saw one on the local craigslist today. Don't know if he would ship though.

99-02 stock radio, hvac and 4wd switch, blue led back lighting.
Selling the stock radio from my 2000 Suburban. Its already been converted to blue led lights. The back of the case has a hole in it from a aux in mod, but all the wiring had been restored back to stock and functions like stock...
My guess would be the splice behind the switch. I moved the wire to the unused rear hvac lighting circuit location in the convenience panel and everything works now.

Yeah, i prefer the more modern 95+ panels. The old ones were falling apart every time the doors got shut, and the red interior was just dated. New seats are already in, and the dash is next! The bulbs in the old ones were finally shot, but even new bulbs wouldn't light up with under one volt...
Gray switches to pink/black at the drivers kick. From there it connects to the convenience panel. Only .10 volts there.
