Thanks, I'll have to do just that. I'm going to take it to a body shop but was hoping to have the part on hand since I'm paying out of pocket to get this repaired. Though it'll probably be cheaper with the time saved to just let them figure it out.
This is a bold move but have you considered the one's on Ebay? Taillights
I wouldn't mind the look of the larger running lights from the 25+ Yukons but feel the Tahoe lights looks best on a Tahoe since they dont have the tailgate lights in their design.
Has anyone had their antenna replaced before? I’m checking sites and it seems the replacement only comes in black and I need it in red. If not, I guess I need to get in black and have it painted. Is this easy to install or should I take it to a shop?
Someone tried to steal my Yukon again...
Here in Houston you see soccer moms driving Vs and kids driving supercars. Must be nice! I saw a nice clean 98ish Pontiac Trans Am the other day and that was rare to see for me. lol
I have Tuxmats and love the look. I wouldn't recommend them if you plan to get them dirty often with dirt/mud though. I'm a clean freak so mine stay pretty clean even with my girls playing soccer. I just vacuum them regularly.
Anyone noticing a slightly rough idle after passing the test? When I come to a stop, I can feel some type of movement by the engine like it wants to bog down. It’s extremely slight and nothing major so maybe it’s just me. But I feel this every 5 seconds. Possibly bad fuel? I’m taking the rig...
Took mine in today and it passed. Was curious to see if I could tell of any performance reduction with the 0w-40 like one person has posted but it felt th same based off my butt dyno. Will be curious to see if there is any loss in MPGs but not to worried about that. Glad my baby is still purring!
3 years from when I purchased. I just checked my Onstar plan and it shows that it expires on 1/26/2028. For what it's worth, I purchased the used '23 Denali from a Cadillac dealer but I would think this is true for any GM dealer. Not sure about non GM.
I had issues with previous Beta 26 with audio dropping for a few seconds on a 14 Pro. I'm now on public ios26 on the iPhone Air and haven't had any issues.
Both my new 22 Denali and used 23 Denali both came with 3 years. I don’t have super cruise, so I can’t speak on that. Hopefully someone with that option can chime in. Otherwise like someone else mentioned, I would check the window sticker and escalate with onstar.
You get it "free" for 3 years. When I bought my 2nd Denali used, I got a free 3 year trial as well. The salesman was surprised as he thought it was only free for 3 months on used vehicles.
You're right about that as it does give them a reason. Now it's 2025 and going 90+ mph in a ragged out Nissan Altima with expired paper plates is the new norm. Just don't have a tallboy in the center console if you plan to go this route.
I live in Texas, Houston to be specific and I've never been pulled over for no front plate. I could see a potential issue with highway patrol or small town departments but the cost of the ticket is minimal compared to looks IMO. :)
Unrelated but this is the first time I've heard of anyone using an aftermarket headlight. How is the light output and quality compared to the OEM? Is it consistent with the other headlight? Just curious as I think the headlights on these rigs aren't that bright IMO.
I know you've been offline for some time but wondering what your resolution was to this? I took a round trip from Houston to Austin this weekend and this issues happened to me as well. Stopped working TWICE within 2 hours. The first time I was driving 75mph so it wasn't too bad. The 2nd time...
