We’ll see. I’m going to try and raise it at least 0.5 on both sides but may shoot for more. I have a feeling it will rub more but not sure if it’ll be enough to be an issue.

As far as I knew, none of the GMT-900 trucks had EVO steering. I have personally never seen one if they exist. Mine definitely does not. If it is variable in some way, it isn't electronic.

Sort of, once you pull off the sill plates, there is a plastic cover over that is screwed into the floor over the harness. It sure looked like there was plenty of room.
The 3M Ceramic IR is a great film. I have Crystalline on all my stuff because I like the color better but the Ceramic IR offers great performance for the money. You will need to do the entire windshield if you actually want heat rejection though.
