After much thought, I'm selling my Tahoe. It has around 191,700 miles, but the engine / trans have less than 30k. I am selling it because I want something with air suspension, lane keep, and adaptive cruise. The selling price is low because the Tahoe has some issues that I'm not willing to fix and am selling it As-Is.
The good:
Balanced and blueprinted 6.2 with a forged crank, TSP heads and their VVT-1 cam, ARH Long tube headers with Cali emission cats, Melling oil pump, mishimoto 3 row radiator, mechman alternator, billet triple disc torque converter with 2400 or 2600 stall (I can't remember which it is), 6L80 built for 600 wheel (6 pinion input planet, stronger 4-5-6 hub, etc - total spent on the trans was 9K). The engine also has 4 corner steam kit, new fuel injectors and spark plugs - total spent on the engine was around 12K.
The bad:
The drivers door, left rear door, and a very small part of the left wheel well have rust, the steering rack bushings are shot and I think the inner tie rods need replaced, it needs brakes and rotors all around, needs tires before winter, the 9.5" rear diff cover is seeping, and it has a parasitic draw that kills the battery every few days (it stopped doing it ever since I've removed the OnStar fuse), the heated / cooled seats work well - but sometimes the button for the drivers seat won't work on cold days. If you remote start it, sometimes it will not activate the alternator and you have to shut it off and restart to get the charging system to work.
